The Hazel Crest Police Department is currently accepting applications to formulate an eligibility list for the lateral hiring of Police Officers. Applicants must currently be certified as a FULL-TIME police officer. The Lateral Hire Packet has detailed information on the position, requirements, and application/hiring process. Applicants must print, complete, and submit the Lateral Hire Packet (required application documents that are listed), Lateral Application, and Waiver by 5 p.m. on June 6, 2021. Incomplete applications will automatically be eliminated from the process.
