Cook County and the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership is working hard to provide job training to help our young adults find meaningful work today.

More than 33,000 young adults disconnected from work and school in suburban Cook County while employers are reporting a shortage of skilled workers. Opportunity Works is a program aimed to train suburban Cook County young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are currently not in school or working.
