The Cook County Treasurer’s Office sent notices to property owners who owe for Tax Year 2016 (originally due in 2017).  If unpaid taxes are not paid by Monday, April 30, county will offer tax delinquent properties at the Annual Tax Sale starting Friday, May 4th.  For information, click https://www.cookcountytreasurer.com/ and choose the box “Avoid the Tax Sale.
